Be thankful for what you have. Your life no matter how bad you think it is. Is someone else’s fairy tale.” — PennBookCenter

We enjoyed some local wine, the allure of Table Mountain and the Cape Town sites, and gratitude for what we have. Sadly, one of the things we saw was the immense inequality of wealth; however, it did remind us of how fortunate we are. The colorful Bo-Kappa homes, originally inhabited by Cape Malays — slaves. Once freed and able to buy their homes, they painted them brightly as a metaphor for freedom.

Final tips for this Cruise and Cape Town:

Travel Tip #1 - Be appreciative for all that you have and don't sweat the small stuff. We are truly blessed!

Travel Tip #2 - Take lots of pictures and bring a small power source to recharge your phone batteries.
